Took'em Hiking a 14er the first day.
I've just bought this pair to replace the pair I've worn for 3 years. They are a go everywhere shoe. I took them hiking a 14er Mt. Bierstadt the first day I had them. They are waterproof, comfy and my feet dont' get hot.

I bought them because they felt comfortable and looked good.I use them as regular everyday shoes.I usually walk or ride my bike with them.I plan on going hiking with them too.

Nice all around shoe
I've owned several Salomons and use them as my everyday (nonwork) shoes. Other people have commented on issues with the pull-tie, but I've never experienced any issues with them.
