Frustrating Boot
Great concept, but there is nothing for the inner boot to retain the heel. This wouldn't be hard for Rossi to solve, or for REI to be aware of. My wife's BCX 7's inner boot laces up all the way and she has no problems.

Sturdy, comfy, and warm!
I'm a woman new to XC skiing and wanted metal-edged skis for greater control. I found a pair of skis unexpectedly, and went to REI to get the right boots. Perhaps since it was a bit late in the season, REI only had 2 different boots with the NNN system. They did not have the women's version of this boot in my size (I wear a 10 women's), so I tried the men's version in a corresponding size and it fits well for the most part. The only thing that I wish were different is the size of the opening at the top of the boot. I have calves that are on the wider side, and the way the boots are made, the opening at the top of the boot is not wide enough for me to zip the boot up all
