Riverside Bow and Stern Tie-Down Kit - 18 ft.

Maybe I am terminally clueless, but I simply cannot figure out how this kit alone can secure two separate boats. Every instruction video I can find indicates that to properly secure the bow and stern, you need a cam or ratchet at the front AND the back of each boat. Logically this means having a total of four cams or ratchets. This kit comes only with two cam buckle straps and two straps that have only the hook loops. I can see how to set this up to secure one boat. But unless I am missing something (and I probably am), I see no way that this kit alone can properly secure two boats.
