Perks
The raised, padded seat allows the angler to ride higher on the water for better sight lines. There are ample storage pockets for extra gear, and the recessed cup holders are a nice touch. The adjustable height stripping apron is well designed and a perfect addition to allow for longer casts without tangles. The PVC coated nylon bottom works well to resist abrasion and punctures for years of use on the water.
Sacrifices
This float tube is made for still water situations only. It is not a good choice for tubing swift flowing rivers or streams because it rides higher and becomes less stable in these situations.
Bottom Line
Weighing in at 14 lbs., this tube allows anglers to explore remote lakes without having to drag a heavy canoe or kayak. I would recommend this float tube to fly fishing anglers who pursue their quarry in still water situations.
