REI Thetford Cargo 3/4-Length Pants - Men's

Perfect for urban adventures in mild weather, the REI Thetford 3/4-Length pants combine style and function to keep you comfortable. Cotton/nylon midweight blend fabric stands up to regular wear yet has a soft hand for great comfort; fabric wicks moisture and dries fast. With a UPF 50+ rating, fabric provides excellent protection against harmful ultraviolet rays. 16 in. inseam extends coverage to below the knees. Front hand pockets have a coin pocket and are designed to keep items from sliding out when you sit down. Zippered side-seam pocket stows essentials. Button-close flaps on the rear patch pockets keep your wallet secure. Gusseted crotch allows unrestricted range of motion. The REI Thetford 3/4-Length pants have a classic fit that is cut just right for easy wearing.

Great Shorts!

Simply great shorts, mine initially had a bad stitch behind the main waist button, but REI gave me a new pair pronto. The material is really quite breathable and repels water fairly well. Fast dry time and extremely comfortable. I love the side zipper pocket and couldn't ask for more.

nice pants

I wear these with a padded liner for cycling. Comfortable enough for my 19 mile each way commute, and unlike black lycra cycling shorts, I can get away with wearing these with sandals at the office.As a bonus, wearing the khakis makes you look like Tintin.
