Perfect jacket for SFO bay area
This is a perfect all rounder jacket for SFO bay area weather where it could be freezing in the morning and quite warm as the day progresses. This jacket is super lightweight, packable, water'PROOF' not just 'resistant'and with waterproof zippers too. It is NOT noisy, plasticy or rubbery in spite of being waterproof. Inside of the jacket is also very soft but may not be waterproof. The light insulation seems just right without being bulky.Only wish it was tad bit more fitted and there were more colors as my girl and I are not so crazy about pink and purple. With this all rounder jacket around this year she doesn't need a closet full of different jackets for cold, rain and wind. Hope this jacket will take us through one more season before she outgrows it. Thanks REI.

Sweet Slicker
This is a beautiful jacket! The quality is just what you'd expect from REI, with all kinds of functional touches... zip pockets, a place to hold a digital music player with headphones, adjustable sleeves. The colors are vibrant (we bought both) and pretty.

Great Versatile Jacket
Cute little jacket. My daughter describes it as "cozy". It's been perfect for fall alpine & subalpine hikes in the Rockies (where the weather can turn quickly). Very versatile.I haven't washed it yet & we've only been in light rain but so far I've been quite impressed.
