Great Jacket - backpacking & day hikes
About Me:I use this jacket as an essential part of my packing list for day hikes (up mountains including 14,000' peaks) and backpacking trips. I'm 6'7" and 275lbs. I needed a big rain jacket that was long enough for me, and this fits the bill perfectly. I tried multiple jackets on in the store, and nothing came close to the perfect fit of this one.About the Jacket:-Contra other reviewers: the hood does roll up. Roll the hood into itself, and then use the velcro tab near the back of the neck to velcro the hood into its rolled position.-I love the simplicity of this jacket: just enough velcro (only on the cuffs and 2 patches near the top of the front zipper-rather than all the way), a single snap button at the bottom of the front zipper, 3 large pockets, and it packs into its own poc

A perfect fit.
Works great whether I am using it on a wet hike or just wearing it to work, it looks great as a casual wear item or a outdoor item. Love the breath-ability of it, I get hot so easily so being able to open it up even in wet weather helps.

Love it, but
Love it so far. The under arm vents are spacious and do a great job. I cannot seem to figure out what the velcro is for behind the neck.When zipping up - the zipper catches more often than not. I'm going to have to slow down my up-zip to keep this puppy in good shape.
