Does exactly what it says it will
After moving to a cooler climate I decided I needed something lightweight that would stop wind and light rain, and this jacket fits the bill. I've worn it out running on a few cool, drizzly and breezy days, and on one cold, snowy day over a fleece and was bordering on too warm. The only problem I have with this jacket is the amount of static electricity I build up putting it on and taking it off. Take care when petting your dog or touching doorknobs.
