Big enough, but not too big
This bag is a good size for a weekend or overnight trip. It zips open completely, so it is easy to find items inside. The pockets are perfect for a kindle and an Ipad.

Small but mighty
Easy carrying small bag packs enough gear for a weekend. Outside pockets are accessible. Multiple handles and straps allow the bag to be carried in several configurations. Backpack straps are adequate for a trip from the train to the motel; I wouldn't want to wear it all day.

Great if you don't to check a bag
I bought this bag for a 2-week trip to Thailand. Because of tight connections, I didn't want to check luggage. It held all that I needed and was comfortable to use as either a shoulder bag or a backpack. Fellow travelers on the tour kept asking me where the rest of my luggage was, as they couldn't believe I got everything in such a small bag. It fit easily under the seat

Good Choice on a Budget
I have not used this yet but I like this bag. It's about one inch smaller all round compared to my Patagonia MLC. The price is pretty good, and I am looking forward to a 2-week trip next month with this as my only bag. I like that it's one compartment. Because it's a little smaller than the MLC, it seems more unobtrusive to me.
