REI MultiTowel Large Towel - 36" x 16.5"

This design is more absorbent than the smooth design with no ridged pattern. The large was the right size to use after a shower. Not too big and not too small. I'm glad I upgraded from the old smooth design.

My cousin suggested I purchase this towel for my travels. Her and her husband are avid campers and said these worked great for them. I bought one for my most recent trip and I'm disappointed that I waited so long to invest in ultra absorbent towels.I almost always stay in youth hostels and I've actually seen other travels with towels that are very similar to this one. If I can remember correctly, this particular one is designed to absorb more water so it's a few dollars more expensive and worth it! Since I have very long and thick hair, this worked out perfectly and dries very quickly. It has a tiny ring in the corner that you can hang it on hooks. It also comes with a tiny bag with holes for air ventilation that is great if you're moving traveling from place to place. These may seem very miniscule details but they make a lot of sense when you're traveling to different places.I've purchas

Does what it should! Absorbs eerything! I've used it for showers, traveling, wiping off a wet tent, and doing camp dishes. The only time it didn't dry well was on the Oregon Coast. but than again..nothing dries well on the Oregon coast! That being said, my wife has the Sea to Summit towel and it is softer and the large is, well, larger, but does not come with a carrying case like REI's does (if that matters to you).

I brought this towel with me on a 3 month stint in Bolivia. It's lightweight, small, and really absorbant. It held up well in the field; overall a great towel.

This is an amazing towel. After using the large size towel to dry my entire body and hair it was barely damp. The cotton bath towels I use every day are three times its size feel wet when I am done with them.
