We were able to exchange a Marmot jacket that was too warm and didn't breathe for this jacket. We haven't gotten to give it all the tests, but look forward to doing so.

My favorite jacket ever
This is a great jacket. I especially like the waterproof performance of this jacket in the Pacific Northwest. In fact, this is the second in my wardrobe. Snaps on the collar are a good improvement from the velcro of my previous model.

I travel a fair amount and wanted a jacket that would shed rain and provide wind protection while remaining somewhat stylish. Not only has this jacket lived up to those expectations, I also received several very positive comments in the first couple months of Spring weather on the jacket catching peoples' eyes!

Perfect jacket
Picked this up on the clearance rack at REI in blue. By far the best jacket I have ever owned. It is the perfect warmth for Tennessee falls/winters/springs and has good water protection. Best of all, I can wear it for work as it is quite stylish. I receive compliments on this jacket quite often.

Montour Travel Jacket
Returned another REI jacket that I was unhappy with for this one and am glad I did! This jacket is extremely comfortable with a very soft interior lining. Does an excellent job blocking cold wind and stopping the rain. Large pockets that carry my bulky golves very well. Extremely happy with this jacket. Fit is average all around. If your looking for a basic commuting/light hiking all in one rain jacket you would be hard pressed to find one better then this.
