BEST PANTS EVER!
It has been years since I have found a pair of pants that have fit this well. I was so impressed that I wrote REI directly. They are incredibly well made.Not only is the fit fantastic, but they are very versitile. The only drawack is that I tend to like my pockets a bit deeper, but that is a personal preference and does not detract from it's carrying capability and sleek look.

Great Pants
I took the pants on a trip to Europe, primarily for sightseeing in the city. They worked great: didn't wrinkle, comfortable, neither too hot or cold, resisted rain, dried quickly, looked good. They were comfortable on the plane, too. Inner adjustment at waist worked better than expected. As others have said, the weak link is the Velcro on the back pockets. The zippers work great on the front pockets - why not use them in the back? The pockets would then be usable.

i love these pants they are almost as comfortable as naked. i may never by another kind. they are even good for yoga. and they look great. the white inside the pockets of the black pants is kind of strange as if you for get to zip you pocket it looks like your underware is showing.

Great if you've got muscular legs!
I'm 5'0", 123 lbs with pretty muscular legs since I do a lot of weight lifting. I was looking for a pair of active khahi pants I could use to wear hiking, golfing or casually. I always have severe issues trying to find a good pair of khaki/cargo pants since not only am I super short, but my thighs are huge compared to my waist size (00).
