Rugged double-weave polyester/spandex fabric provides 4-way stretch for excellent range of motion and comfort while climbing and hiking; fabric resists abrasion. Fabric is wind resistant up to 30 mph and has a Durable Water Repellent coating to help shed moisture; also wicks moisture and dries quickly. With a UPF 50+ rating, fabric provides excellent protection against harmful ultraviolet rays. 2 drop-in hand pockets, a zippered rear pocket and a zippered side pocket stow your trail essentials; side pocket is bonded to the pants to eliminate additional stitching. Reinforced knees and scuff guards at the ankles ensure long-lasting wear. Polyester tricot lines the waistband to wick sweat and enhance comfort next to skin. Leg shapes are engineered without adding seams to fit the body well and ease natural movement. Crotch gusset extends the range of motion. Drawcords at the cuffs can be tightened to seal out trail debris. Classic fit. REI Endeavor Hiking pants have a snap closure at the waist and a zippered fly.
