Cancel before 3:00 PM of arrival day. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights including tax. -CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO AVOID A PENALTY. WITHIN 30 DAYS 50 PERCENT OF DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE OTHER 50 PERCENT IS HELD FOR FURTURE STAY FOR 1 YEAR.
