Battery provides up to 3 hrs. 15 min. of runtime on high, plus 45 min. of reserve power compared to 1 hr. 30 min., plus 30 min. of reserve power with the 2,000 mAh battery. Battery weighs just 4.2 oz. more than the 2,000 mAh battery. Lithium ion battery continues to work well at cold temperatures. Battery recharges in 5 hrs. using the Petzl Ultra Quick charger that is included with the Petzl Ultra and Petzl Ultra Belt headlamps; battery can be recharged up to 500 times.
