These Pearl Izumi Thermal leg warmers give you warmth and mobility instantly. Designed for cycling, running or any outdoor activity in cool, crisp weather. Thermal fleece moisture-transfer fabric moves sweat to outer surface for quick evaporation and breathes for proper thermal regulation. Darn near perfect

I'm a bicycle commuter (~30 miles/day) and wear these for winter mornings. It's always warmer when I ride home so I stash them in my pack. These serve the function very well.I'm pretty fit (5'10" and 150 lbs.) and the size M fits very well. The cinch around the ankle is a bit loose (that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars).Others have cited that these will fall down from the thigh. I put them on BEFORE my bike shorts so they are tucked in. That works well and I have not had any problem with them sagging. I did try wearing them with regular shorts one time and found that they would not stay up. In hundreds of miles of riding, I've not had a single issue yet.These are worth getting - the soft fleece on the inside is smooth like buttah.
