EVA midsoles contain 15% recycled EVA and absorb shock, cushion feet and provide gentle support; cushioning units in heels reduce impact forces from heel strikes. The Patagonia Lantic outsoles use a combination of rubber and recycled EVA to offer lightweight, sure traction on a variety of surfaces, including smooth, wet ones.
