Very comfortable and they dry quick
I've worn these out to the lake several times this summer. They are great to where around the campsite and so light and comfortable you can workout in them. They give you total free range of motion. The first pair I picked up from a local store that had a pair for [$] that had just been returned that morning because they were too small for the person. I was using them as running shorts, then I saw them on the REI site under the swimwear. So I picked up another pair from REI and I use them for dual purpose.

These shorts are fantastic in the 5"
Hey REI, do me a favor and start carrying these shorts in the 5" inseam. I love the shorts and have for years, but the 7" ones are too long. Give me some options here.
