NRS Clearwater Mesh Back PFD

Zip on the NRS Clearwater Mesh Back PFD, launch your boat and lean back to take it all in. Flotation is concentrated in the front panels and up high on the back of the PFD, promoting a natural sitting position. Rear mesh paneling makes it easy to sit back in a kayak or canoe seat and enhances ventilation. Large arm openings make it easy to paddle; reflective highlights increase visibility in low light. 2 points of adjustment on shoulders and 6 on torso offer a personalized fit. 2 large front pockets offer easy storage; left pocket includes a lanyard for your keys. The NRS Clearwater Mesh Back PFD features reflective tape to boost your visibility in dim light.

Good basic PFD

I bought this model for a 125 mile July trip on the Tennessee River. I bought it on sale and it was well worth the money. It fit true to the sizing recommendations and the back mesh gave good ventilation during a hot trip. The generous cut around the shoulders and high back makes it great for kayaking. I had no issues with riding up or anything regarding fit or functionality. The front pockets have elastic in the top, so they expand to hold small items and are secure, though not very 'volumous' like other models. It is a very good, comfortable, basic PFD.
