Son loves this bike
Perfect for my 8 year old. He tears up and down on the street with this puppy. My son loves it. I would totally recommend this bike...it's solid.I kinda wish I would have bought one with shocks and gears but that will be next. This is good for kids just getting their bearings.

Great bike
Got this for my 7-year old who is about 52 in tall. Wanted a bike that he wouldn't grow out of in 1 summer. I was worried this was too big but after some help at the store and test rides, I think this was perfect. Well built, solid and handles well. Both coaster and hand brakes great as a transition.

We LOVE it!
First - we actually OWN the bike (unlike the other reviewer, who saw it in the store and was disappointed that it was too big for the kid). My son is 8, and is 4' tall. This is his first bike without training wheels (he's been riding a scooter for a year), and he is Thrilled with it. Jumped right on a took off.Second - it's lighter than I thought it would be. Excellent.Third - It has both a handle brake and a coaster brake, nice for the transition from little kid bike to big.Fourth - It has a kick stand. Silly, but important to my 8 year old.Fifth - I like that it only has one gear. He doesn't have to worry about shifting, he can just focus on learning to ride.
