The North Face Out Of Bounds insulated jacket lets young snow enthusiasts brave the cold with a fully waterproof shell and plenty of warmth. Durable nylon shell is filled with warm, lightweight Heatseeker™ Aero insulation (250g in body, 160g in hood and sleeves). HyVent® breathable technology uses a multilayer polyurethane coating for waterproof protection and durability. Fully sealed seams create a reliable shield against wind, snow and rain. EZ Grow cuffs let you lengthen sleeves as your child grows. Attached hood boosts protection from the elements. The North Face Out Of Bounds insulated jacket features 2 zippered handwarmer pockets, adjustable cuffs with rip-and-stick closures and a glove clip.

Great winter jacket for 2 seasons

What I love about TNF toddler clothing is that I seem to get 2 seasons out of each piece. It has been my experience with TNF toddler clothing that they run a little big. My son is a little on the small side. He is 2 years/3 mos old and is still wearing his 12-18mos Denali jacket from last year, which now actually fits him.I picked up TNF Out of Bounds Jacket so that my toddler would have a waterproof jacket that was also warm. This jacket fits the bill. I picked up size 2T, and it is a little big on him, which allows for layering. I absolutely love the grow-with-you sleeves; I know I will definitely get two seasons out of this jacket.It is easy to clean as well. I tossed it into the washing machine,then hung it to dry. I did have to scrub some of the areas that tend to get a little dirty (i.e. the cuffs), but a little soap and water and all the dirt came off. The jacket is as good as new.This is a pricey jacket for a growing child, but it will last me two seasons and I'm getting TNF quality, so it is a good investment.
