Good Jacket
The Jacket is good when worn under an other shell. It is insulating, but not windproof. Under windy conditions, your arms begin to feel cold in about half an hour. However, it you have a thin windstopper/ shell over the coat, or another layer below that is windproof, then this jacket provides excellent warmth.

Just warm enough
Usually walk the dog at night with this jacket, it is warm enough, but can get drafty through the arms, if you're just wearing a shirt under it. Besides that it is great on the collar and fits well.
