Ripstop nylon is used to create soft and flowing outer shorts; polyester and elastane panels add to their breathability. Ventilation areas are positioned to reduce clamminess and vent warm air. Durable fabric is soft, lightweight and smooth to the touch; plus, it's treated with a Durable Water Repellent finish to help get you though the drizzle. A continuous seamless short liner made of nylon and elastane is wrapped into the waistband. No inseam on shorts means virtually no chafing while you run. Small pockets in the rear center of the waistband provide a place to carry energy gels or some cash. The North Face Better Than Naked shorts feature reflective logos to increase your visibility in low light.
