Finally a design for runners
For long runs, this product is exceptional. Absolutely no movement, with no sloshing of the water, it holds temperature well in the reservoir and has easy access to storage. If you are not used to running with a vest/pack, the straps may seem bulky at first, but it is as comfortable as wearing a shirt and it does not interfere with my movement at all.

Pack keeps water snug and goodies handy
Had this out twice now for extended runs (3hrs), so I can speak about the construction/function, but not about its durability yet.Pros - very stable and able to cinch the water closer as it is emptied. Lots of good pockets for grabbing food and aids as you run. Enough room for essentials and not enough to let you over pack :) Bungees work well for poles. Small size too big
This pack looks to be designed based on the very good Salomon S-Lab pack which I also have and really like (it's a significantly better pack that does not bounce). I bought this because it has a .5 liter larger resevior for longer unsupported runs. Unfortunately, the small size nathan pack is still just a bit big for my small (tech running shirt size) torso and it is impossible to adjust so that the resevior/bladder does not bounce around unacceptably.
