Great for long runs
I've used this on a few long runs now, including a couple of very technical trail runs, and it's worked great. Easily adjustable, even on the run if you don't mind the straps dangling. The straps can also be fastened down with elastics so they won't dangle. Holds plenty for long hot summer runs, and is easy to take apart and clean. The pockets aren't huge but this is more of a minimalist pack and there's room for gels or bloks in one pocket, headlamp in another, and phone in the third, and keys etc can go in the back pocket. It's lightly insulated so even after several hours in 100F+ heat the liquid is cool-ish. I'm not a petite person (5'3", ~150 lbs) so I was concerned about getting a good, comfortable fit without chafing, but the strap system really works and the vest is comfortable. It's great to be able to run without holding a bottle or two or without anything cinched around my waist.

Great product for women runners.
This was bought for my wife for running and she loves it mostly fit around the upper body and breast she says it fits perfect. My only complaint is the zip lock bag style fill up I just never cared for that style seems cheep and not as sturdy once out in the elements.
