Definately worth the buy!
*I purchased a replacement bladder (i left mine at home for a race) and the hook to attach it to the inside of the bag was MUCH better than the one that came with it. The original comes unhooked and falls down into the bottom of the pack.*lots of storeage areas*added a blinking reflector to the back and front upper chest for dark hour running/cycling*wish there were an I.C.E. contact card insert.*securely pin the end of the strapes after adjustments...they move too much and bother me.!!!DON'T WASH THE BLADDER OR TUBE WITH ANY LIQUID DISH DETERGENTS!!!*when done for the day, drain/empty and freeze until ready for next use (avoid bacteria growth).*****I LOVE MINE AND IT'S PERFECT FOR RUNNING****

Light and comfortable
I ride 30 miles along the Pacific Ocean and this pack keeps my water cold and has enough room to place a wind breaker in case it turns cold or windy.

Convenient
I used this for running but experienced extensive rubbing on my back while running in a tank top. Expect it will rub through any light materiel if you tighten it enough to keep it from moving. Other than that, it's light and convenient to use. Love all of the pockets in just the right places.

As good as you hear it is
I have put about 100 miles on this hydration system. Previously I relied on water bottles with a waist belt. I find that the Nathan vest is more comfortable than any waist belt system that I have owned. The one down side is that the tubing and water pouch can impart a nasty flavor on the water. This seems to be decreasing

Decent running hydration pack
Ran my first marathon in May and knew I'd need to bring along a good amount of water. I'm primarily a treadmill runner (yes I run 20+ miles on my treadmill on a regular basis :) ) so I'm used to being able to set up a row of water bottles by me and not have to carry or wear anything. That means

Not the best, but still good
I run long distances on rural trails and needed a hydration pack I didn't have to remove to axis the pockets. This one is good, but not great. Don't get me wrong, I use and recommend most Nathan products. This Hydration vest dose serve its purpose for me, I'm just not too impressed with the valve design, I find difficult to suck out the water. The vest design is great and the pockets are convenient, I just expected a little more for the money.

My hikes and runs are so much easier now
I really like this hydration pack because it fits snuggly and comfortably without sliding around. The side pockets are easy to get to and are the perfect size for a cell phone, small wallet case, doggy bags and other small items. Wearing this is so much easier than carrying everything I need when I leave the house for a hike or run. The only thing I don't like is the low water flow but I think that's because I'm accustomed to large

Good Quality, Reasonable Price
I use this product for runs requiring more hydration than a 22 ounce handheld bottle. This is my first hydration vest and I did not think it possible that it could provide hydration in a stable platform. I was plesantly surprised. Set up took a couple of runs to get the adjustments just so. Plenty of storage space for two gel flasks, a cell phone and more. The bladder is needlessly difficult to fill and would be a
