Marmot Spring Gloves

The multipurpose Marmot Spring gloves will take you from spring ski tours to alpine mountaineering. Stretch nylon exteriors provide a comfortable, accurate fit that allows you to handle mountain equipment with ease. MemBrain® inserts are waterproof, breathable and windproof for a wide range of comfort. DriClime® polyester tricot lining wicks moisture to keep your hands dry and warm. Falcon Grip articulated fingers allow an easy, non-fatiguing grip. Goatskin leather reinforcement at the knuckles enhances durability. Soft fabric on the thumbs gives you a gentle place to wipe your cold nose. Rip-and-stick cuff tabs set the tension around your wrists.

Good technical glove, not water proof.

I bought these a couple of years ago (when they were solid black) and they have held up pretty well. A snug fit which allows you to do a lot with your hands (buy a size larger if you want to wear a liner). I find them to be warm enough if I am using my hands, but if I am just walking or bike riding my hands get cold. The material is water proof, but they are not water proof by construction (the seams can leak, which is why this got 3 instead of 4 stars). As a technical glove tough these provide wonderful dexterity.
