Very good jacket
I bought this jacket for a rafting, camping and hiking trip in Utah. I did test it out before I took it on the river. It did very well in a downpour in Santa Fe. The jacket is very waterproof and does protect you from wind also. It did very well in protecting me in a howling wind. I really liked the hood, it kept most of the blowing sand out of my face. All in all a good jacket.

Nice Light Jacket

held up to weather, but room to improve
took this jacket to patagonia and it kept me dry and protected from the 60+ mph wind. however, on multiple occasions the fabric got caught in the zipper and was really difficult to get undone. so difficult that it tore in a few places. marmot should shave the unnecessary fabric off the inside to prevent this from happening. if i had to get another jacket, it wouldn't be this one. a good jacket, but needs some work.
