Marmot Limestone 4P Tent

We purchased this tent because we wanted something more spacious for our more lengthy camping trips. It provides ample room for all of our gear and ourselves, which is especially nice during wet weather. Our niece and nephew also enjoy using the tent with us and there is still plenty of room to play games. We're happy with this tent.

I've used this tent twice now and find it well suited for car/campground type camping. I don't backpack anymore but it would be too heavy and bulky for that. I found the tent to be well constructed and easy to set up. Very roomy for two people. It was fairly breezy on both trips and I had no problems with the wind. No condensation problems at night so it didn't feel stuffy like some tents I've owned. No rain on those trips so can't comment on water resistance. Vestibule area is smallish but works well anyway for taking off boots, etc. Small storage netting on either side of the door was very useful for small, light objets. I'm very pleased with my choice.

Took this tent camping and set it up while it was snowing, luckily it sets up quickly. Have had some issues with poles bending, but that was usually caused by operator error and REI replaced them. Between the rain/sleet/snow we experienced, the tent stayed dry and comfortable. Great for car camping and offers plenty of room for me and 2 kids, would be a little too heavy to pack for any distance.
