This is my go-to tent for car camping and canoe camping. Easy set-up, dependable wind protection and no-leak performance make this tent one of the best I've used. I purchased the Limelight 3P based off the reviews here, on REI. Thank you everyone for the great reviews. The few times I've used this tent so far, it has has not let me down. Setup is a breeze and the tent is roomy and airy with decent space for two and gear. The corner pockets come in handy along with the gear holder at the top. Great tent, with a caveat
I love this tent, my wife and I have enough space in it and it's really easy to set up.The bad thing is it's got this plastic thing that keeps the poles together. It cracked the first time we used the tent. So now we're using some elastic band wrapped around a twig to keep the tent up.

Backpacked with my college age daughter and her dog for a week in the Adirondacks. The tent performed very well in two downpours and some stiff winds. Ventilation was very good. The tent is very easy to set up, it's sturdy, and waterproof. My only caution/suggestion is that you definitely need to go up one person-size to be comfortable. Good tent for the $$$ but not for three!
The Limelight 3 I got (mid-April) has a 62" x 88" floor so three normal self-inflating pads won't fit. Weighs 6 lbs. 15 ounces without the footprint. Both of these are far different than the specs

Perfect for car camping
I took this to Camp 4 in Yosemite. It was super-easy to set up in the dark. Just watch out for the orientation of the tent poles (there is a right way and wrong way, although it probably won't really matter). No condensation, I could drive the stakes by hand, and it was otherwise perfect. I fit just fine (6'4"). It's nice that it comes with a footprint. I don't find the gear loft that useful, but

My sons and I use the tent mainly for cub scout camping. My boys are in different cub scout packs and the tent really only fits me and one more. Super light and easy
This tent has plenty of room for 2 people, easy to set up, I like it only has 3 poles. I'm 5'2 and was able to reach everything to set it up easily by myself, while the other tent had someone a 6'+ putting it together. Biggest problem is the rain fly zipper is pretty far from the door and I have to craw out on the wet ground or sand to reach. and for the taller party he had to crouch too low to reach the zipper.Have
