Mammut Lucido X-Zoom Headlamp
The first LED headlamp to incorporate a zoom function, the Mammut Lucido X-Zoom lets you select the brightness and beam angle that best suit the situation. X-Zoom function allows you to focus the beam between a 5° spotlight and a 45° flood with a simple twist of the light head. High-quality Total Reflex Optics lens efficiently focuses nearly 100% of the emitted light evenly across your field of vision for excellent peripheral view. HiFlux LED provides a bright white beam that operates at 3 different lighting levels to provide illumination between 12m and 120m. High setting offers 30m - 120m of illumination; medium provides 20m - 85m and low provides 12m - 50m. Batteries last a long time—up to 300 hrs. on low, 170 hrs. on medium and 120 hrs. on high. Should you find yourself suddenly low on battery power or in a desperate situation, switch the light in to Alpine Emergency Signal mode. Alpine Emergency Signal mode blinks the light 6 times per min. so you can leave the light on in emergency situation without completely running the batteries down. Blinking rear red taillight located on the battery pack provides visibility from behind—great for group climbing trips and nighttime bike rides. Operates on 3 AA batteries, included; light accepts both lithium and alkaline batteries.
