Hotel Eden
While just outside the center of Geneva, this mid-range hotel enjoys a nice location across from Parc Barton on Lake Geneva. Ergo, it combines scenery with a still-convenient location. The hotel also has a small, cozy feel with only 54 rooms. Each room comes with Wi-Fi access. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, for a three-star hotel, this is a tastefully appointed, well-sited choice.

This budget hotel is situated in the city center, and is only about 100 yards from the main train station. A five-minute walk will bring you to lakeside. The 79 guest rooms have basic, but nice furnishings. It's pet friendly, and has both Wi-Fi and LAN Internet connections available. The hotel serves a buffet breakfast, but this is not included in the room rate.
