The OstellOlinda
The OstellOlinda is the closest hostel to Monza; it offers ten-bed dorms. Providing, like most locations, an in-house common room and library, the hostel offers the rare luxury of free wireless Internet access available in each dorm room. Boasting a picturesque inside garden and a smaller, more intimate accommodation (the hostel is only two stories high), the OstellOlinda provides a quieter option for travelers wanting to stay outside the Milan city-center.

Hostel Lario
Easily the cheapest option, the Hostel Lario lacks on a breakfast (not a significant loss considering that the usual hostel breakfast consists of only two slices of toast and a cup of coffee). The Underground yellow line is only a three-minute's walk from the front door and can direct to the Central Rail Station (two stops) and Duomo Square (six stops). The Lario offers clean rooms without the grunge one usually anticipates in a hostel while traveling Europe.

Hostel Greco Milan
The Hostel Greco Milan is next up in price. Although it's costlier than the Hostel Lario, the Greco Milan provides free breakfast, Internet acess and internet-ready computers. Include the free room service and recently refurnished "modern-style" rooms, and it's easy to see why most weekends at Hostel Greco Milan are booked well in advance. For those interested in meeting a good number of diverse travelers and can spare the extra euros for the meals, the Greco Milan is a fantastic option.
