Dubbed the "soul of Washington, D.C.," this restaurant that opened in 1993 dishes up delicious Southern cooking with an equal dose of Southern hospitality. Located in Georgetown, this restaurant commemorates the year the U.S. Constitution was adopted. A charming, convivial country inn-like setting is created throughout its six dining rooms using antiques and equestrian-oriented collectibles. Granville Moore's Belgian Beer and Gastropub
