Camping in North Conway, New Hampshire
Mount Washington Valley spreads out around North Conway, New Hampshire, offering stunning views and natural adventures on the trail or water. North Conway has the appearance of a quaint New England town. Visit the train station to ride the scenic railway or take a driving tour of the covered bridges. White Mountain National Forest and Echo Lake State Park are just two of the wooded wonderlands adjacent to town.

Eastern Slope Camping Area

Eastern Slope offers nearby kayak and boat rentals for touring the Saco River, with free shuttle service from the camp area. The campground has river frontage and two beaches.

Their location has plenty to keep the kids active and engaged. Scheduled activities include games, hayrides and crafts and theme weekends. They provide a game room, ball field and playground, plus a heated pool.

Adults will appreciate the pull-through RV sites, the new bath house and cedar rental cabins with beds and the basics provided. The camp is situated close to the scenic railroads, Santa's Village and Storyland.

Pine Knoll Campground

Pine Knoll is on Lake Iona beach. They have nicely sized tent sites, partially screened by natural vegetation for more privacy. Group sites are available and water and electric offered at each site.

The campground has a camp store, hot showers and laundry facilities. Pine Knoll offers propane, firewood, cable and Wi-Fi. Winter camping and lakefront sites are part of the year-round attraction. Hike, fish or boat on the lake. Bring your companion; pets are allowed.

Danforth Bay

Danforth Bay has 300 sites to rent over 185 acres. Made to be RV friendly, the roads are constructed to safely handle all sizes of RV, and pull-through sites are available. Deluxe RV sites have their own patio furniture, and the hosts have rental RV trailers available.

Perfect for overnight campers of all ages, there are intimate sites for tents and smaller campers. Campsites are located on scenic hilltops or along the shore.
Rental cabins come stocked with housewares.

If these features are not enough, the hosts conduct festivals, activities and programs and plan special entertainment. There is both pool and beach access. And they recycle.

The Bluffs

The Bluffs is for more senior visitors looking for an extended stay or seasonal RV camping. There are 250 sites spread out over 150 acres, including sites that overlook the pond and Ossipee Lake.

Guests receive clubhouse access and access to all of the Danforth Bay activities. The clubhouse contains a fitness center, lounge with fireplace, laundry room and tennis courts. Kayaks and canoes are available. Play bocce ball or horseshoes. Sites include water, sewer, electric, cable and Wi-Fi.
