Barton Springs Pool
One of the best summer attractions in Austin, Barton Springs is a massive, spring-fed pool in Zilker Park. Three acres in size, Barton Springs maintains a consistent 68 degrees all year-round. While the pool has been a popular swimming hole for decades, the addition of regulating dams in the early 20th century has made Barton Springs a stable environment for generations of swimmers.
