The Maalaea Waterfront Restaurant is a family owned restaurant with a wonderful selection of seafood and well as some other choices, such as steak and chicken. Prices of entrees range from the high $20s to the low $40s depending on your selection, and no separate menu for children. The restaurant has been mentioned many times by local papers and travel magazines including a 2006 Hale 'Aina Award by "Honolulu" magazine. Located near the Maalaea harbor, the restaurant is an ideal location after a day out fishing or snorkeling, and the Maui Ocean Center is across the street from the harbor and offers visitors an upclose view of sealife. The restaurant is also just down the road from the Kahili Golf Course and can provide a nice relaxing meal after a hot day on the fairway.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is a chain restaurant located on the south end of Maui. It is known for its Forest Gump theme, and of course, shrimp. Other items on the menu include fish, clams, crab and salmon as well as land offerings, including steak and chicken. Prices range from around $15 to $30 and there is a kids menu available that offers seafood and other kid favorites, such as burgers and pizza. The restaurant is located right on the coast of the Auau Channel in Lahaina and the area is an excellent location to view whales that pass through the area. The restaurant is also just down the road from Aloha Activities and Adventures where you will find a multitude of tours available including biking, hiking, boating and diving.

Paia Fish Market
The Paia Fish Market is located along the northern coast of Maui in Paia. It is a crowded establishment signifying just how good it is and is frequented by the locals as well as the tourists. The menu consists of plenty of fresh fish, including a very popular fish burger, and offers other items, such as hamburgers and pasta. Prices are reasonable for the large portions offered and range from $8 to $16. The restaurant is right near the coast of Paia Bay and offers a great place for a quick bite before getting back to your surfing. The bay has nice waves on occasion as well as and is typically a quiet location known more to the locals.
