Dundee is a small village in Southeastern Michigan. It's situated between the cities of Toledo, Ohio, and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dundee is largely considered to be a rural community based on agriculture and strong family values. Although a first glance may give the impression that Dundee is a sleepy little town, it's actually home to a number of attractions that bring tourists back to town time after time.

The Old Mill Museum

The Old Mill Museum is a local icon in Dundee, and it's a standing tribute to times past. Originally constructed as a hydroelectric power plant, the mill still contains a large power generator that was installed by Henry Ford.

Today, the Old Mill has been carefully restored in a manner that is true to it's historic charm. The building is a three-story museum that blends permanent and temporary art displays to showcase Dundee's rich history. Historic banquet facilities are also available for rent inside the mill. Visiting the Old Mill is a marvelous experience that leaves you with a fond appreciation for how far we have come.

Clean Water Beach

Travel 5 miles down the highway from Dundee and you'll easily find Clean Water Beach. This 6.5 acre man-made lake is the favorite summer destination for many people in Southeast Michigan. Multiple docks and diving platforms provide plenty of place to gather, and the soft sand that was imported to the lake adds a nice touch.

Clean Water Beach comes complete with a number of volleyball courts, and a special beach just for hosting summer cookouts. There is also a shallow tidal pool that is perfect for little ones who are still learning to swim. If you're looking for a place to show off that new swimsuit and take in a little fun in the sun, Clean Water Beach is the place to be.
