Beaver Creek Wildlife Area

Encompassing over 380 acres of wetlands, the Beaver Creek Wildlife Area is a preserve for more than 300 different varieties of plants and 79 species of birds. It also is home to beavers, white tailed deer and even the red fox. The wildlife area is a great place for nature enthusiasts who enjoy bird watching. There are all kinds of ducks, wrens, blackbirds,bald eagles and Canadian geese. The Beaver Creek Wildlife Area is just a couple minutes drive north of Bellbrook off of highway 35.

Spring Lakes Park

Covering over 23 acres in the southwest section of Bellbrook, the Spring Lakes Park is a great location for outdoor activities. Featuring several hiking trails that wind through the park, the trails are filled with local plants and trees. The area is a nice location for sightseeing, exploring and birdwatching. Spring Lake Park also includes 3 separate lakes that are fed by Sugar Creek; it also has has several picnic areas with restrooms and drinking water for your convenience.
