Rodizio Grill
The Rodizio Grill has two all-you-can-eat options: the salad bar or the full rodizio (the meat on skewers). In 2009, the salad bar was $11.99 and the rodizio (which includes the salad bar) was $18.99. The salad bar includes hot items like feijoada and a cheesy pasta. There is also a regular menu that includes a number of dishes and meat cuts, the most Brazilian of which is the picanha cut of steak. It is a good option for those who want to do the rodizio thing without spending a lot of money.

Fogo de Chao
This is the Denver outpost of the popular national chain of Brazilian steakhouses, which started in 1979. The menu is similar to that of the Rodizio Grill, but much more upscale and gourmet--for example, the salad bar includes 2-year-old Parmesan cheese. As a chain, the restaurant has received awards from the Wine Spectator every year from 2002 to 2009.

Texas de Brazil
This restaurant bills itself as combining the spirit of a Brazilian steakhouse with a touch of Texas style. They also have the good rodizio experience one would expect from a Brazilian steakhouse, and a full salad bar with many traditional sides. But where they really shine is their wine list, which includes a decent selection of vinho tinto (red wine) from Portugal. As Brazil itself is not really a wine-making country, the closest one can get to a good Brazilian wine is to the mother country.
