Trilene XL
Berkley formulated its popular XL series to be used on spinning reels, since spinning reels have a natural tendency to twist the line. Berkley designed the XL to be limp and supple to combat the twists and kinks caused by stiffer monofilament lines.
Trliene XT
Fishing for bass, catfish and pike requires anglers to use a line that is durable. Berkley's XT or extra tough series is designed to be an abrasion resistant line that can stand up to the toughest fishing environments without breaking prematurely.
Big Game
Fisherman chasing large fresh and saltwater species have special needs from their fishing line. Berkley met these needs with the big game by producing a line that is shock resistant when the fish strike and has a special coating that reduces friction during long runs.
Gorilla Braid
This braided line works well for musky fisherman than need a high performance line. With twice the strength of monofilament at half the diameter, this smooth casting braid has the durability to handle the extra stress brought on by big fish.
