Gaslight Square
Gaslight Square is located in Canutillo, a six-minute drive from Vinton. If proximity to Vinton is your priority, this park is the best available option. Located 12 minutes from the western entrance of Franklin Mountains State Park, visitors can spend the day hiking along Anthony's Nose, a rugged trail ascending through some of the park's taller peaks.
Gaslight Square is composed of both an RV park and permanent mobile home park. Forty sites, some of which are pull-through spaces, with full hook-ups are offered to campers.

Franklin Mountains State Park
Franklin Mountains State Park is located 15 minutes from Vinton. These mountains have been occupied by humans for 12,000 years.
Visitors can explore peaks that climb to 7,192 feet, see views of the Rio Grande and have opportunities for rock climbing, backpacking and for the fit, mountain biking along the seldom-traveled Sunset Loop. The park offers five RV sites with no hook-ups so campers should plan on carting an ample supply of water.

Western Sky's RV Park
Western Sky's RV Park is located in Vado, New Mexico, 22 minutes north of Vinton. Vado's central location makes it a perfect base from which to explore multiple recreation areas.
The Organ Mountains Wilderness Study Area is located 30 minutes north and features technical climbing and trails such as those that cross through the jutting, granite peaks of Baylor Pass.
Western Sky's RV Park provides 172 pull-through sites with full hook-ups and a pool to cool down in after a satisfying hike in the heat.
