Port Orford is located in southern Oregon along the coast next to Rogue River National Forest and Port Orford Heads State Park. Vacationers traveling to Port Orford can spend time seeing the sites, go hiking along the network of trails, just outside the city, or go fishing in the ocean or nearby Garrison Lake. RV parks, in and around the city, provide accommodations for the steady flow of tourists that come to indulge in the outdoor activities that Port Orford has to offer.

Camp Blanco RV Park

Camp Blanco RV Park is situated in northern Port Orford, just off the shores of Garrison Lake and minutes away from the ocean. RV campers with vehicles up to 100-feet long will find accommodations at this park; each site is equipped with full hookups, wireless Internet and cable television. Guests have access to showers, restrooms, a recreation room and they can purchase propane at the park. Anglers staying at Camp Blanco can fish for bass and trout from Garrison Lake and can utilize an on-site fish cleaning station.

Port Orford RV Village

On the northern edge of Port Orford lies Port Orford RV Village, adjacent to the Rogue River National Forest--only two miles from the ocean. The RV sites at this park have water, electric and sewage hookups as well as cable television and Wi-Fi access. There is an on-site laundry facility, an area for smoking fish and boiling crabs, and a RV and boat storage during the winter months. Outdoor enthusiasts can head west for ocean kayaking and fishing, or they can travel east into the forest where they can hike on trails or climb Barklow Mountain.

Madrona & 101 RV Park

Located along the Oregon Coast Highway, Madrona & 101 RV Park offers 31 full-hookup RV sites, 21 of which are pull through. Amenities include cable television, free Internet access, public restrooms and a dump station. Visitors can spend time fishing from the shore, surfing, ocean-kayaking and crabbing. Those interested in scenic hiking routes, can head north to Cape Blanco State Park and hike the 3.5-mile Blacklock Point Trail, which intersects with the Oregon Coast Trail.
