The small community of Humble, Texas---home of the country's only existing Delorean car warehouse---offers some interesting history and bragging rights. Humble lies within a 30-minute drive, traffic depending, of Lake Conroe, which offers fishing and water sports opportunities. The Texas Piney Woods region, which lies within an hour's drive to the northeast of Humble, offers hiking and mountain biking. Though Humble has limited RV camping options, the nearby Houston area offers several.

Lake Conroe/Houston North KOA

Park your RV at one of Lake Conroe/ Houston North KOA's sites equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, water, sewer and electric connections. If the east Texas heat and humidity gets you down, cool off in the KOA's swimming pool or have a relaxing soak in the cool evening in the KOA's spa. Shower in the private shower stalls, and cook up some Texas barbecue at your site's fire ring and grill. Pets are allowed, and members of KOA's Klub Kard membership receive discounts on stays. Lake Conroe offers fishing for bass and bluegill, as well as canoeing and kayaking.
