Charles Lindbergh State Park
The Charles A. Lindbergh State Park is next to the Lindbergh historical site, which was the home of the elder Lindbergh, whose son was the famous airplane pilot. There is a visitors center and museum. The state park is wooded and offers hiking and skiing trails, lakes and streams and is located on the Mississippi River. The park has sites for RVs of more than 50 feet with access to water and electricity. Some sites have electricity only. There are a five sites that are primitive and are hike-in only. One group site is available for primitive camping that accommodates more than 30 people. In winter sites are open, but campers must ski to some sites. There are several wooded trails to hike, picnic areas and shelters, a playground, volleyball, horseshoes and a golf course nearby.

Fishtrap Camping & RV Resort
Fishtrap Camping and RV Resort is a private campground on a small lake. This lake has seasonal campsites, or cabins only. Fishtrap Camping and RV is the only one of three on the lake that is public. This campground has 130 sites--many of them have full hookups and some have 50-amp connections. Most sites have water and electricity. Sites may also be used for tent camping. Pull-through sites are available and there is a dump station. Flush toilets, hot showers, a resort lodge are available and pets are allowed. Sites are available for daily or seasonal rental. The park also has an outdoor pool. There is a grocery store on the grounds as well as a laundry facility. Canoes, fishing boats and fishing equipment may be rented from the store.

Auger's Pine View Resort
Auger's Pine View Resort is a combination of RV and cabin camping. The park is on Lake Shamineau, 25 miles north of Little Falls. The spring-fed lake is three miles long and one mile wide. Shamineau lake is clear with an abundant of fish including walleye, northern, muskie, bass, crappie and sunfish. There is also a golf course one mile from the resort. The campground has 47 sites with full hookups. There are also 12 cabins around the lake, with cabins located closer to the water. Group camping sites are also available. Camping areas have restrooms, showers and laundry faclities. There is a dump station and Wi-Fi access is available in all camping areas. Canoes and kayaks can be rented, and dock space is available. The campground has a restaurant and grocery supply store.
