Landing's Family Campground
In the southeast corner of Marietta, right on the banks of the river, is the Landing's Family Campground. The facility is open from April until the end of October and has 221 available campsites. Nearby, in Marietta, campers have access to Marietta Harbor boat launches as well as Forest City Lake only nine miles away. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can take advantage of River Trail and Lamping Trail in nearby Washington and Monroe counties.

Marietta RV Park
Marietta RV Park is situated between Indian Acres Park and Sacra Via Park on the western edge of Marietta. A small facility with 17 RV sites available, this RV park provides access to water and electrical hook-ups, a dump station, a laundry facility and hot showers. Campers can utilize on-site boat launches into the Ohio River where they can canoe, kayak, swim or spend the day fishing for largemouth bass, crappie, catfish and sauger. Marietta RV Park is open year-round.

Wolf Run State Park
Less than 30 miles north of Marietta lies Wolf Run State Park, along the banks of Wolf Run Lake. There are 71 sites with electrical hook-ups for RV campers and 67 primitive campsites; all campers have access to shower and laundry facilities. A boat launch is located on the south side of the lake where visitors can access the lake with canoes, kayaks or motor boats with 10 horsepower or less. Anglers can catch various species of bass as well as bluegill, trout, catfish and crappie. Hikers can venture out onto nearby Buckeye Trail or Lakeview Trail.
