Shaded, sunny and waterfront RV sites are available and are equipped with cable TV, fire pits, picnic tables and wireless Internet access. Guests can also use the resort's boat ramp and heated swimming pool and spa. Other activities on-site are hiking on lakeside nature trails, fishing, shuffleboard and horseshoes. Anglers can fish for a variety of species from the river right on camp. Fish species from Little Manatee River include bream, bass and catfish.

Little Manatee River State Park
With campgrounds in a secluded sand pine forest, campers can experience the wilderness at Little Manatee River State Park. The state park offers campgrounds with tent sites and RV sites. Thirty four RV campsites are available with full hookups, fire rings and picnic tables. Tent sites with picnic areas and fire rings are available in a primitive campground that requires a 2.5-mile hike on a maintained trail. Park amenities include showers, a laundry site and restroom facilities. Activities within the park are plenty. Guests can fish, canoe, hike and view wildlife in this scenic park. Canoe rentals are available. Fish species you may find are bass, catfish and bream.
