Ruskin is in Hillsborough County, Florida. The area offers plenty of water and land recreation. Attractions include the E. G. Tampa South RV Resort is near the south shore of Tampa Bay and is situated right along the Little Manatee River. All RV sites have full hookups with 20-, 30- and 50-amp service, wireless Internet connection and picnic tables. Little Manatee River State Park

With campgrounds in a secluded sand pine forest, campers can experience the wilderness at Little Manatee River State Park. The state park offers campgrounds with tent sites and RV sites. Thirty four RV campsites are available with full hookups, fire rings and picnic tables. Tent sites with picnic areas and fire rings are available in a primitive campground that requires a 2.5-mile hike on a maintained trail. Park amenities include showers, a laundry site and restroom facilities. Activities within the park are plenty. Guests can fish, canoe, hike and view wildlife in this scenic park. Canoe rentals are available. Fish species you may find are bass, catfish and bream.
