Campers looking for a more permanent site will find parks that offer annual rentals that include camping through the warm season and storage the rest of the months. This allows for a discounted rate and the convenience of driving to and from the park without towing your RV.

Ann's Putman Lake RV Park

Ann's Putman Lake RV Park is located on Putman Lake in Baldwin. It offers annual partial hook-up RV sites that include 20/30/50-amp electrical service, a picnic table and fire ring. Facility amenities include a camp store, coin-operated laundry and modern bathhouse with private showers. The park has three frontages on Putman Lake with two beach-swimming areas. Rowboats, paddleboats and kayaks are available for guest use on the lake. Recreational amenities include a game room, paint ball fields and playground. The North Country Hiking Trail is accessible two miles from the park, which runs 4,600 miles through seven U.S. States.

Mio Pines Acres Campground

Mio Pine Acres Campground is a half-mile west of downtown Mio in the Huron National Forest. It offers annual rental partial hook-up RV sites that include a gravel pad, picnic table and barbecue grill. Facility amenities include a camp store, snack bar and coin-operated guest laundry along with modern restrooms and private showers. Recreational amenities include a miniature golf course, playground and volleyball court. The campground is two-blocks from an Oscoda County Park where guests have access to a wooded hiking trail and a fishing pier on Mio Dam Pond.

Timber Ridge RV & Recreation Resort

Timber Ridge RV Resort, located five miles southeast of Traverse City, is adjacent to the Traverse City State Forest Area. It offers annual RV sites that include a concrete patio, 20/30/50-amp electrical service and wireless Internet access. Facility amenities include a camp store, two modern bathhouses with private showers and a coin-operated guest laundry. Indoor and outdoor banquet spaces include access to a full kitchen. The site also offers miniature golf, a heated outdoor swimming pool and playground. The park's expansive wooded recreation area includes more than 35 miles of hiking and biking trails.
