Full Hook Up RV Campgrounds in Wilmington, NC

Wilmington, North Carolina, is an old port city on the North Carolina coast and is close to Carolina Beach. The beach is one of the main attractions, but there is also the intercoastal waterway that has many fishing and boating opportunities. There is the USS Battleship North Carolina that can be toured, as well as many other attractions. Inland there are creeks, rivers and trails to explore.

Wilmington KOA Campground

The Wilmington KOA campground is five minutes from Wrightsville beach, or a short bicycle ride. This campground has 81 sites, 47 of which have full hookups with up to 50-amp connections. The full-hookup sites are all pull-through sites. The park can accommodate RVs up to 65 feet long. There are 22 sites that have water and electricity only. There are one and two room cabins available as well as tent camping areas. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included in camping fees. The camp store has wood, ice, RV supplies and some food items. The campground has showers, restrooms and a laundry facility.



Wilmington KOA has a pool, playground, horseshoes, recreation room, sports fields, volleyball courts, a pavilion and planned activities. Nearby is the Battleship North Carolina, as well as the Henrietta III, a riverboat that has cruises on the intercoastal waterway.

Carolina Beach Family Campground

Large oak trees draped with Spanish Moss cover the Carolina Beach Family Campground. It is just minutes from Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Fort Fisher. The campground was built in the 1960s, but it is in a good location, according to various reviews. This campground has 100 sites with full hookups. There is a restroom, showers and laundry, as well as a pool, a camp store and a playground. This campground is close to the Intercoastal waterway and close to beaches.

Winner's RV Park

The Winner's RV Park is on land that has been in the same family since the 1800s. The park is minutes from the beach, the docks where fishing fleets come in and area restaurants. This park has 25 sites with full hookups, and 50-amp service is available on request. RV and boat storage is also available. Pets are welcome on a leash. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. Rates are daily, weekly and monthly.
