Harrison, is a small town located on the shores of Budd Lake in the central Lower Peninsula of Michigan. Visitors will find several RV parks and campgrounds in the area that offer convenient access to the local recreational activities including musky fishing in Budd Lake, hiking in the Roscommon State Forest Area and the beach at Wilson State Park.

Hidden Hill Campground

Hidden Hill Campground is located a mile southwest of downtown Harrison and less than a block from US Highway 127. It offers shaded full-hookup sites that include cable TV, wireless Internet access and a picnic table. Facility amenities include a camp store with groceries and RV supplies, coin-operated guest laundry and modern bathhouse with private showers. Recreational amenities include a playground, shuffleboard and horseshoes along with a picnic pavilion with barbecue grills. Hiking trails are accessible that travel through the forested area north of the campground. Hidden Hill campground has seasonal daily activities and celebrations for guests.

Countryside Campground

Countryside Campground is located a half mile west of downtown Harrison. It offers full-hookup sites that include 30- to 50-amp electrical service, wireless Internet access and a picnic table. Campground amenities include a convenience store, dump station and coin-operated guest laundry along with modern restrooms and privates showers. Recreational amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool with sundeck, playground and horseshoes as well as a volleyball court, badminton and picnic pavilion with barbecue grills. Countryside Campground has seasonal holiday celebrations, day trips and daily activities for its guests. An area park is located a half mile to the south where guests will find several sports fields and wooded hiking trails.

Wilson State Park

Wilson State Park is located on the north end of Budd Lake in Harrison, Michigan. It offers electric-only campsites that include a picnic table and fire ring. Other lodging options include a rustic cabin, tee pee and a modern lodge that has a full kitchen, TV and a deck. Park amenities include a dump station, modern restrooms and private showers. Recreational amenities include a playground, sandy beach area and picnic pavilion with charcoal grills. Wooded walking trails are found in the area between the campground and the lake.
